Jojoba Oil: Jojoba oil is a miracle worker for all types of skin, but especially oily skin. Because it has the same chemical makeup as the sebum our skin naturally produces, it is able to trick your pores into thinking it has produced enough oil, therefore balancing out your oil production! It is also extremely moisturizing and cleansing! We organically farm and press our jojoba seeds into a USDA certified organic jojoba oil which works wonders on your skin. Orange Juice: Orange Juice helps eliminate the excess oil, blemishes and dead cells from your skin. Since it is chock-full of Vitamin C, it is a powerhouse for kicking oily skin to the curb!

Raw Honey: Not only does honey gently remove dirt and impurities from your skin, it also balances oily skin! It is antibacterial as well as antiseptic, which means it will help to get rid of pimples and acne caused by excessive oil production and prevent any further blemishes!

TurmericAppleAlmondMilkFaceMask

Turmeric: Turmeric is amazing for oily prone skin because of its ability to help regulate sebum production in your pores. In addition it has antibacterial and antiseptic properties which will help to clean out your pores and fight blemishes. Be aware that it has a very pungent smell that some don’t particularly like, but its benefits heavily outweigh its smell. Also note that it can stain very fair skin.

Apple: Because apples have astringent and antiseptic properties they are a great solution to oily skin! The malic acid in apples helps to get rid of all those dead skin cells and absorb all that excess oil on the surface of your skin.

Almond Milk: Almond milk contains a ridiculously high amount of vitamin E, which contains antioxidant properties essential to your skin’s health. Always a great addition to any face mask!
